After finishing regular school, he went straight to England - London - to high school in Canteburry, where he successfully completed the University Foundation Program (UFP). On his return to Switzerland, he was drawn to SVIT for further training as a real estate agent. After graduating as a real estate agent, he entered the military, where he served a disciplined year as an infantryman. After the end of the intensive military, he entered the family business, which has been successfully operating in the real estate sector since 1988. Today known as the Q-Base Real Estate AG. Here the family portfolio is managed as well as the Buy&Hold strategy is pursued.
In the following years he completed various further education courses in the construction sector, as this has always been his passion. The advanced trainings included professional mold treatment at the company Herbol, window & door installation as well as joint sealing at the company Würth as well as in-depth internal training in the areas of waterproofing for flat roofs and interiors. Furthermore, he additionally completed the dipl. economist in 2016. During the whole further education he deepened his practical knowledge directly in the objects of the family portfolio by maintaining, renovating and refurbishing the whole properties as a construction manager.
This enabled him to put theoretical knowledge directly into practice and to link / expand theory and practice.
In 2016 he took over Kontrakt & Bau GmbH as well as ImmoValorBau GmbH. ImmoValorBau GmbH immediately received a name change to F.D.L. Flachdachlösungen GmbH in 2016. At the end of 2019, the brotherly led Q-Base Capital Group AG was then founded together, whereby he is active in the areas such as maintenance, renovations, refurbishments, appraisal of new objects as well as in the entire construction management area. In 2020 he enlarged the company Kontrakt & Bau GmbH to Kontraktbau & Elektro Partner GmbH with its own electrical installation number. Thus the company was no longer only in renovations / refurbishments active but now also in the complete electrical areas.
Already in early days everything around the building was his passion. This led to the fact that the work was not only simply done, but completed with that certain something in a passionate way. The difference between simply doing something and completing something with passion lies in the details of the work done. Because this is already in his blood, the theoretical knowledge through all the training / education including years of practical experience anschuff, he is now perfectly equipped.
