Bond 2024 "NextStep"

Due to the increase in the value of our portfolio, we can now subscribe to another bond (NextStep). The 2024 bond thus once again relates to the portfolio consisting of the properties in Egerkingen, Schönenwerd and Lenzburg. Since 2020, these properties have proven to be a stable and steady store of value. Due to very high demand for our apartments, the properties have been continuously renovated in the event of a change of tenant, thus maintaining their all-round good condition.

Furthermore, over the last four years we have seen that there is enormous demand for affordable housing in these regions. According to our internal audits, this will not develop negatively in the coming years, but rather continue to increase. The apartments in our portfolio, which are rented out at a moderate rent, are extremely attractive due to the high level of immigration and steadily rising rents. As a result, full occupancy is achieved throughout this portfolio and the risk of empty apartments is virtually eliminated. A fluctuation of approx. 5% is nevertheless desirable so that we can always keep the apartments in an acceptable condition for the tenants.

Moderate rents + good condition of the apartment = satisfied tenants = fully let property!
