Q-Base Capital Group AG invests in profitable investment properties in Switzerland after thorough internal due diligence.
No fees or commissions are paid to third parties for capital procurement. The pre-financed properties are directly made available to investors, without the involvement of sellers, brokers, events, or networks that receive commissions. This allows investors to invest their capital in the bonds without any fees.
Each bond offers a fixed interest rate of 4.25%, 4.5%, or 5%. There are no interest forecasts or fluctuations, but rather a fixed interest rate without any additional fees. Additionally, investors benefit from an annual interest payout, which, depending on the bond, may also be fully paid in advance.

We at Q-Base Capital Group AG are pleased to announce the opening of another bond (ChicSpaces) consisting of two properties with 9 condominiums each. Investments in high quality real estate projects, which are located in such sought-after locations, were originally usually reserved for large institutions and wealthy investors. However, this is no longer the case today. Q-Base Capital Group AG conducts a thorough internal due diligence and provides unique projects for a lucrative investment free of charge.
As these projects are for sale in condominium ownership, the return on equity is accordingly higher than for existing properties. As a result, a higher interest rate could also be integrated.
Bond 2024 "NextStep"
Due to the increase in the value of our portfolio, we can now subscribe to another bond (NextStep). The 2024 bond thus once again relates to the portfolio consisting of the properties in Egerkingen, Schönenwerd and Lenzburg. Since 2020, these properties have proven to be a stable and steady store of value. Due to very high demand for our apartments, the properties have been continuously renovated in the event of a change of tenant, thus maintaining their all-round good condition.
Furthermore, over the last four years we have seen that there is enormous demand for affordable housing in these regions. According to our internal audits, this will not develop negatively in the coming years, but rather continue to increase. The apartments in our portfolio, which are rented out at a moderate rent, are extremely attractive due to the high level of immigration and steadily rising rents. As a result, full occupancy is achieved throughout this portfolio and the risk of empty apartments is virtually eliminated. A fluctuation of approx. 5% is nevertheless desirable so that we can always keep the apartments in an acceptable condition for the tenants.
Moderate rents + good condition of the apartment = satisfied tenants = fully let property!
Consequently, we at Q - Base Capital Group AG can once again recommend an investment in this portfolio, as it once again stands out as a long-term investment.
